How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days depending on your location. Larger items like sectionals and daybeds may take 5–10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window on most items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, returns are completely free. For change-of-mind returns, original shipping costs are deducted. View full return policy →
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All U.S. orders over $50 ship free. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5.99 applies. We also ship internationally — see all shipping rates →
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please take photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery and email us at hello@coastalstandard.com with your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund right away.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually make changes or cancel it. Email us as soon as possible at hello@coastalstandard.com with your order number. Once an item has shipped, we can't cancel — but you can return it within 30 days.
