Steel Frame
- Powder-coated finish resists rust, but wipe down periodically with a dry cloth to remove salt air residue.
- If you notice any chips or scratches in the coating, touch up with an outdoor metal paint to prevent rust.
- Check bolt connections once per season and tighten as needed.
Wood Care
- Clean with mild soap and warm water. Scrub gently along the grain with a soft bristle brush.
- Apply teak oil or wood sealant once or twice a year to maintain the warm golden color.
- If left untreated, the wood will naturally weather to a beautiful silver-gray patina — this is normal and does not affect durability.
- Sand lightly with fine-grit sandpaper before re-oiling to restore the original finish.
Following these care guidelines will help your Coastal Standard furniture look beautiful for years to come.
Rustic Industrial Character
The blend of raw elm and blackened steel brings a lived-in warmth to any room or patio. It reads as sophisticated without feeling fussy, and it works as easily in a home bar as it does in a cafe corner.
Built to Hold Steady
The weighted base and rust-resistant frame keep the table planted through busy evenings. At standing bar height, it invites people to gather, lean in, and stay a while.
Finish That Lasts
The polished elm top resists scratches and shrugs off the marks of regular use. The powder-coated steel holds its matte finish season after season.
