A folding Adirondack chair built from Hemlock timber, shaped for long, easy afternoons outdoors. The wide, flat armrests hold a drink or a small plate, and the whole chair folds flat so you can carry it from the porch to the backyard to the sand.
What Makes It Special
- Hemlock timber build — Solid Hemlock wood gives the chair a warm, natural grain and the sturdiness to sit through a full season outdoors.
- Folds flat to move — The frame folds down in seconds, so you can shift it from the front porch to the beach and store it easily when the weather turns.
- Wide flat armrests — Broad armrests double as a resting spot for a drink or small plate, keeping your hands free while you entertain.
- Made for all seasons — Weather-resistant construction holds up to sun and open air, ready for use from the first warm day through to the last.
- Relaxed coastal look — The classic Adirondack silhouette brings an easy, Hampton-style calm to any outdoor setting.

Steel Frame
- Powder-coated finish resists rust, but wipe down periodically with a dry cloth to remove salt air residue.
- If you notice any chips or scratches in the coating, touch up with an outdoor metal paint to prevent rust.
- Check bolt connections once per season and tighten as needed.
Wood Care
- Clean with mild soap and warm water. Scrub gently along the grain with a soft bristle brush.
- Apply teak oil or wood sealant once or twice a year to maintain the warm golden color.
- If left untreated, the wood will naturally weather to a beautiful silver-gray patina — this is normal and does not affect durability.
- Sand lightly with fine-grit sandpaper before re-oiling to restore the original finish.
General Care
- Clean regularly with mild soap and warm water.
- Cover or store during extreme weather to extend lifespan.
- Inspect hardware connections seasonally and tighten as needed.
Following these care guidelines will help your Coastal Standard furniture look beautiful for years to come.
