Built for long lunches and easy upkeep, this picnic set pairs a wood-look HDPE top with a powder-coated steel frame. The high-density polyethylene resists sun, stains, and weather, so it stays looking natural through every season outdoors.
What Makes It Special
- Wood-Look HDPE — High-density polyethylene carries a natural wood-like texture without the upkeep of real timber.
- UV-Protected Surface — A UV-treated top holds its color and resists cracking, chipping, and peeling in full sun.
- All-Weather Build — Impact-resistant and cold-tough, it stands up to rain, heat, and everything in between.
- Stain-Resistant Top — The sealed surface wipes clean with little effort, so spills never leave a mark.
- Rust-Resistant Frame — A powder-coated steel frame adds sturdy, smooth support that shrugs off corrosion.

Steel Frame
- Powder-coated finish resists rust, but wipe down periodically with a dry cloth to remove salt air residue.
- If you notice any chips or scratches in the coating, touch up with an outdoor metal paint to prevent rust.
- Check bolt connections once per season and tighten as needed.
Wood Care
- Clean with mild soap and warm water. Scrub gently along the grain with a soft bristle brush.
- Apply teak oil or wood sealant once or twice a year to maintain the warm golden color.
- If left untreated, the wood will naturally weather to a beautiful silver-gray patina — this is normal and does not affect durability.
- Sand lightly with fine-grit sandpaper before re-oiling to restore the original finish.
Following these care guidelines will help your Coastal Standard furniture look beautiful for years to come.
Made for the Outdoors
Every part of this set is chosen to live outside year-round. The HDPE top and coated steel frame handle sun, moisture, and temperature swings without warping or fading.
Low-Maintenance by Design
There is no sanding, sealing, or repainting here. The stain-resistant surface cleans with a quick wipe, leaving more time to actually enjoy the table.
Sturdy Everyday Seating
The attached benches and steel understructure keep the set stable through busy gatherings. It seats family and friends comfortably for meals, games, and long afternoons.
