Khaki Rattan Rocking Chair with Padded Cushions
The steady rhythm of a good rocking chair is hard to beat, and this aluminum-framed rocker earns its place on any porch. PE rattan wrap sheds rain and sun without fading, while the included cushions — 3.3 inches under you, 7.9 inches behind you — make an afternoon pass quickly. At 352 pounds of weight capacity, it is built for real use, not display.
What Makes It Special
- Rattan That Lasts — PE rattan over an aluminum core resists UV, moisture, and temperature swings without cracking or fading.

Wicker & Rattan Frame
- Rinse with a garden hose to remove dust and pollen. For deeper cleaning, use warm water with a few drops of dish soap and a soft brush.
- Avoid pressure washers — they can damage the weave.
- PE rattan is UV-resistant but will last longest under a covered patio or with a furniture cover during extended rain.
- Inspect weave annually for any loose strands and press back into place while warm.
Cushions & Fabric
- Unzip and remove cushion covers for machine washing on a gentle cycle. Air dry only — do not tumble dry.
- Blot spills immediately with a clean cloth. For stubborn stains, spot-treat with mild soap before washing.
- Stand cushions on edge after rain to allow water to drain and air to circulate.
- Store cushions indoors or in a deck box during extended periods of rain, snow, or off-season.
Following these care guidelines will help your Coastal Standard furniture look beautiful for years to come.
Aluminum Core, Rattan Shell
The frame is lightweight aluminum — rust-proof and rigid — wrapped in weather-resistant PE rattan that mimics natural wicker without its fragility. The result holds up to seasons of porch life without painting, sealing, or covering.
Cushions Worth Having
The seat cushion is 3.3 inches thick; the back cushion is 7.9 inches. Both are sized for the chair's 22.8-inch seat and included in the box. Polyester and cotton construction cleans up easily and holds its shape through regular use.
Built to Rock, Not Just Sit
The curved base and 36.6-inch depth give the chair a smooth, controlled arc rather than a choppy pivot. Seat height sits at 17.7 inches — low enough to feel settled, easy enough to stand from.
