A low-profile canopy that earns its place above a front door or side entry. The 5mm hollow polycarbonate panel diffuses UV, sheds rain, and handles light snow while its heat-dissipating core keeps the air beneath noticeably cooler on sunny afternoons. Rust-resistant aluminum bars and PP brackets hold everything square through coastal weather without painting or sealing.
What Makes It Special
- Full-spectrum weather cover — Handles harmful UV, light-to-moderate rain, and gentle snow without bowing, yellowing, or staining.
- Heat-dissipating core — The hollow polycarbonate construction vents trapped heat instead of radiating it back at your door, easing cooling loads on hot days.
- Corrosion-resistant frame — Aluminum bars and PP brackets resist rust in salt air and wet climates, staying solid without seasonal maintenance.
- Straightforward wall mount — Ships with all hardware and a printed manual; compatible with cement, brick, and wood walls.
- Clean, modern profile — Smooth lines and a brown finish complement coastal and contemporary exteriors without overpowering the facade.

Wood Care
- Clean with mild soap and warm water. Scrub gently along the grain with a soft bristle brush.
- Apply teak oil or wood sealant once or twice a year to maintain the warm golden color.
- If left untreated, the wood will naturally weather to a beautiful silver-gray patina — this is normal and does not affect durability.
- Sand lightly with fine-grit sandpaper before re-oiling to restore the original finish.
General Care
- Clean regularly with mild soap and warm water.
- Cover or store during extreme weather to extend lifespan.
- Inspect hardware connections seasonally and tighten as needed.
Following these care guidelines will help your Coastal Standard furniture look beautiful for years to come.
Built for Coastal Conditions
Salt air, UV exposure, and seasonal rain wear hard on unprotected entries. The 5mm hollow polycarbonate panel resists fading and impact, while the rust-resistant aluminum frame holds its geometry year after year. No painting, no sealing, no seasonal take-down required.
Passive Cooling at the Door
The hollow-sheet construction isn't just structural — it dissipates heat rather than trapping it beneath the canopy. On a hot afternoon that difference is immediate at the threshold and reduces the load on adjacent cooling. It's a small structural choice with a measurable payoff.
A Clean Install, A Finished Look
Every bracket, fastener, and manual is in the box. The low-profile design sits flush against the wall for a built-in appearance, and the brown finish blends with wood trim, stucco, and painted siding alike. Two people can complete the install in a single session.
