Round Oak Pedestal Dining Table, Seats 4–6
The round top closes distance — a 47-inch oak-finish surface where four to six people can share a meal without anyone sitting at the margins. One pedestal holds it all steady, leaving the floor under your feet open and the silhouette uncluttered. It moves easily between a farmhouse kitchen and a modern dining room without asking for anything in return.
What Makes It Special
- 47-inch round top — Seats four to six and keeps every chair equally in the conversation — no head of the table, no awkward corners.
- Open legroom — The single pedestal base clears the floor so guests can pull in and shift freely without navigating a frame.
- Steel-reinforced base — E1 MDF core with steel support holds steady under daily use and resists the flex that cheaper pedestal bases show over time.
- Adjustable floor pads — Foot pads compensate for uneven floors and protect hardwood, tile, or stone from scratching.
- Warm oak finish — A timeless oak tone that reads naturally against both rustic farmhouse wood and clean modern cabinetry.

Steel Frame
- Powder-coated finish resists rust, but wipe down periodically with a dry cloth to remove salt air residue.
- If you notice any chips or scratches in the coating, touch up with an outdoor metal paint to prevent rust.
- Check bolt connections once per season and tighten as needed.
Wood Care
- Clean with mild soap and warm water. Scrub gently along the grain with a soft bristle brush.
- Apply teak oil or wood sealant once or twice a year to maintain the warm golden color.
- If left untreated, the wood will naturally weather to a beautiful silver-gray patina — this is normal and does not affect durability.
- Sand lightly with fine-grit sandpaper before re-oiling to restore the original finish.
Following these care guidelines will help your Coastal Standard furniture look beautiful for years to come.
Round, for a reason
The 47.24-inch top shapes a meal differently than a rectangle. Without corners to sit at or a clear head position, everyone shares the table equally — which matters when the conversation runs past the food.
The base that disappears
A single central pedestal keeps the underside of the table open and the visual weight low. There is no base frame to navigate around and no blocked sightline to the floor, which makes a smaller room feel larger.
Solid where it counts
E1 MDF topped with a durable oak-finish surface and a steel-reinforced pedestal gives this table everyday stability without the price of solid wood. Adjustable foot pads handle the uneven floors that real homes have.
