Wicker & Rattan Frame
- Rinse with a garden hose to remove dust and pollen. For deeper cleaning, use warm water with a few drops of dish soap and a soft brush.
- Avoid pressure washers — they can damage the weave.
- PE rattan is UV-resistant but will last longest under a covered patio or with a furniture cover during extended rain.
- Inspect weave annually for any loose strands and press back into place while warm.
Wood Care
- Clean with mild soap and warm water. Scrub gently along the grain with a soft bristle brush.
- Apply teak oil or wood sealant once or twice a year to maintain the warm golden color.
- If left untreated, the wood will naturally weather to a beautiful silver-gray patina — this is normal and does not affect durability.
- Sand lightly with fine-grit sandpaper before re-oiling to restore the original finish.
Following these care guidelines will help your Coastal Standard furniture look beautiful for years to come.
Natural Wood, Woven Texture
The natural rubberwood finish keeps the look warm and minimalist, while the plastic-rattan weave brings a relaxed, coastal-boho note. Together they suit both modern and lived-in interiors.
Built for Daily Use
Rubberwood is a dense, resilient hardwood chosen for its strength. Rated to 330 pounds, this bench holds up to everyday family seating without flexing.
Right-Sized Seating
At 59.06"L x 18.9"W x 17.72"H, the bench offers comfortable room for two. Its low profile tucks neatly under a table or against a wall when not in use.
