Steel Mesh Outdoor Rocking Chair, Set of 2
- Usually ships by Nov 14 – Nov 18
Two chairs, one unhurried afternoon. This matched set of steel-framed rockers pairs a wide breathable mesh seat with gently curved armrests, delivering the classic porch rhythm without the upkeep of wood. UV- and water-resistant materials hold up whether the fog rolls in or the sun stays out all day.
What Makes It Special
- Wide, welcoming seat — At 23.25" across, the mesh seat gives you real room to settle in rather than perch.
- Quick-dry mesh construction — Open-weave fabric sheds rain and coastal moisture fast so the chairs are ready when you are.
- UV- and weather-resistant — Frame finish and mesh hold their color through seasons of direct sun and damp air.
- Solid steel build — Quality steel construction supports up to 264 lbs and doesn't flex or wobble underfoot.
- Straightforward assembly — Hardware and instructions are included; most customers are rocking within 30 minutes of opening the box.

Cushions & Fabric
- Unzip and remove cushion covers for machine washing on a gentle cycle. Air dry only — do not tumble dry.
- Blot spills immediately with a clean cloth. For stubborn stains, spot-treat with mild soap before washing.
- Stand cushions on edge after rain to allow water to drain and air to circulate.
- Store cushions indoors or in a deck box during extended periods of rain, snow, or off-season.
Steel Frame
- Powder-coated finish resists rust, but wipe down periodically with a dry cloth to remove salt air residue.
- If you notice any chips or scratches in the coating, touch up with an outdoor metal paint to prevent rust.
- Check bolt connections once per season and tighten as needed.
Wood Care
- Clean with mild soap and warm water. Scrub gently along the grain with a soft bristle brush.
- Apply teak oil or wood sealant once or twice a year to maintain the warm golden color.
- If left untreated, the wood will naturally weather to a beautiful silver-gray patina — this is normal and does not affect durability.
- Sand lightly with fine-grit sandpaper before re-oiling to restore the original finish.
Following these care guidelines will help your Coastal Standard furniture look beautiful for years to come.
Built to stay outside
The steel frame is finished to resist rust and UV fade, while the open-mesh seat and backrest dry quickly after rain. This pair is designed to live outdoors season after season without special treatment or seasonal storage.
A smooth, controlled rock
Curved rocker rails deliver a gentle, steady arc — enough motion to be soothing, not so much that the chair creeps across a deck. Curved armrests keep your hands and forearms comfortable during long evening sits.
A matched pair that fits anywhere
Sold as two chairs, this set works equally well spread across a wide front porch or pulled close together for conversation. The compact footprint fits most patios and balconies without crowding the space.
