Cushions & Fabric
- Unzip and remove cushion covers for machine washing on a gentle cycle. Air dry only — do not tumble dry.
- Blot spills immediately with a clean cloth. For stubborn stains, spot-treat with mild soap before washing.
- Stand cushions on edge after rain to allow water to drain and air to circulate.
- Store cushions indoors or in a deck box during extended periods of rain, snow, or off-season.
Wood Care
- Clean with mild soap and warm water. Scrub gently along the grain with a soft bristle brush.
- Apply teak oil or wood sealant once or twice a year to maintain the warm golden color.
- If left untreated, the wood will naturally weather to a beautiful silver-gray patina — this is normal and does not affect durability.
- Sand lightly with fine-grit sandpaper before re-oiling to restore the original finish.
General Care
- Clean regularly with mild soap and warm water.
- Cover or store during extreme weather to extend lifespan.
- Inspect hardware connections seasonally and tighten as needed.
Following these care guidelines will help your Coastal Standard furniture look beautiful for years to come.
Built for Long Sittings
The ergonomic wingback contours to your back and shoulders while the armrests carry your weight. Together they keep you supported through feedings, reading, or an evening unwind.
A Calm, Versatile Color
The deep navy fleece carries subtle grey undertones and reads nearly black in normal indoor light. It settles easily into a nursery, living room, or bedroom without demanding attention.
Smooth, Steady Glide
A solid wood base grounds the chair with a stable, even glide. The motion stays quiet and controlled, so it soothes without creaking or drift.
