Wrapped in soft grey teddy fleece over high-density foam, this wingback glider was made for the hours that stretch long. The curved wings and padded arms cradle your back while the ottoman lifts your feet, and a solid wood base keeps the motion smooth and steady from first rock to last.
What Makes It Special
- Smooth glide — A steady gliding motion on a solid wood base carries you back and forth without any jolt or squeak.
- Wingback comfort — Curved wings, padded arms, and a waterfall seat edge support your body and ease pressure through long sits.
- Teddy fleece — Breathable teddy fabric over high-density foam gives the seat a soft, well-cushioned feel that holds its shape.
- Matching ottoman — The included ottoman lifts your feet to full recline for feeding, reading, or an unhurried afternoon.
- Side storage pocket — A built-in side pocket keeps a book, remote, or burp cloth within easy reach.

Cushions & Fabric
- Unzip and remove cushion covers for machine washing on a gentle cycle. Air dry only — do not tumble dry.
- Blot spills immediately with a clean cloth. For stubborn stains, spot-treat with mild soap before washing.
- Stand cushions on edge after rain to allow water to drain and air to circulate.
- Store cushions indoors or in a deck box during extended periods of rain, snow, or off-season.
Wood Care
- Clean with mild soap and warm water. Scrub gently along the grain with a soft bristle brush.
- Apply teak oil or wood sealant once or twice a year to maintain the warm golden color.
- If left untreated, the wood will naturally weather to a beautiful silver-gray patina — this is normal and does not affect durability.
- Sand lightly with fine-grit sandpaper before re-oiling to restore the original finish.
Following these care guidelines will help your Coastal Standard furniture look beautiful for years to come.
Built for the long haul
The ergonomic wingback shape and firm, ample cushion were designed for extended sitting. The waterfall seat edge releases pressure on the thighs so back and legs stay comfortable through feedings and quiet evenings alike.
A solid wood foundation
Beneath the fabric, a solid wood base anchors the gliding mechanism. It gives the chair its stable, even motion and the sturdiness to hold up to daily use for years.
At home in any room
Neutral grey teddy fleece settles easily into a nursery, living room, or bedroom. Paired with its ottoman, it works as a nursing chair, a reading nook, or a soft accent seat.
