Woven Rattan Outdoor Rocking Chair, Brown Gradient
- Usually ships by Nov 09 – Nov 13
The woven PE rattan shell and powder-coated iron frame give this rocker the structure to stay outdoors year-round without a cover. A sponge cushion wrapped in polyester cloth means comfort is included from day one. At just over 26 inches wide, it earns its place on a narrow porch or beside a garden path.
What Makes It Special
- Woven PE Rattan — All-weather PE rattan woven over a powder-coated iron frame holds its shape and texture through rain, sun, and humidity.
- 330 lb. Capacity — The reinforced iron frame supports up to 330 lbs, giving you a stable, confident seat season after season.
- UV and Weather Resistant — PE rattan resists fading and cracking so the brown gradient finish stays consistent without seasonal storage or treatment.
- Cushion Included — A polyester-covered sponge cushion ships with the chair, so you sit comfortably the first time you use it.
- Space-Conscious Footprint — At 26 inches long, this rocker fits into tight porch corners and balcony layouts that a full lounge chair would crowd.

Wicker & Rattan Frame
- Rinse with a garden hose to remove dust and pollen. For deeper cleaning, use warm water with a few drops of dish soap and a soft brush.
- Avoid pressure washers — they can damage the weave.
- PE rattan is UV-resistant but will last longest under a covered patio or with a furniture cover during extended rain.
- Inspect weave annually for any loose strands and press back into place while warm.
Cushions & Fabric
- Unzip and remove cushion covers for machine washing on a gentle cycle. Air dry only — do not tumble dry.
- Blot spills immediately with a clean cloth. For stubborn stains, spot-treat with mild soap before washing.
- Stand cushions on edge after rain to allow water to drain and air to circulate.
- Store cushions indoors or in a deck box during extended periods of rain, snow, or off-season.
Steel Frame
- Powder-coated finish resists rust, but wipe down periodically with a dry cloth to remove salt air residue.
- If you notice any chips or scratches in the coating, touch up with an outdoor metal paint to prevent rust.
- Check bolt connections once per season and tighten as needed.
Following these care guidelines will help your Coastal Standard furniture look beautiful for years to come.
Built to Stay Outside
The PE rattan is engineered specifically for outdoor exposure — it resists UV fading, moisture absorption, and the brittleness that natural rattan develops over time. The powder-coated iron frame underneath adds the rigidity that keeps the rocker from flexing or creaking under regular use. No seasonal storage is required.
A Steady, Comfortable Rocker
The curved base is proportioned to glide smoothly on hard surfaces without skipping or drifting. The seat measures 21 inches wide by 22 inches deep, with a 14-inch seat height that makes sitting down and standing up easy. Armrests on both sides let you rest fully without bracing yourself.
Fits Where Other Chairs Don't
At 26 by 34 inches overall, this chair works in spaces too narrow for a traditional lounge or Adirondack. The brown gradient finish reads naturally against wood decking, stone pavers, painted concrete, and garden gravel. It can stand alone as a reading spot or pair with a side table to anchor a small seating area.
